Placing an Order

When you create an account with Y’UNIQUE, you gain the advantage of:

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, we'll send a confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. This confirmation serves as your receipt and includes your order number along with all the pertinent details. If you have any questions or need to make changes after receiving your order confirmation, please reach out to us at info@yunique.one. We're here to assist you. Note that for special releases, we may limit the number of items per order or customer.

Order Processing

We require up to 2 business days to process your order before shipping. Orders placed after 16:00 AM (BST) might be processed the following business day. Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Price Matching
Y’UNIQUE is committed to offering our products at competitive prices, closely aligned with our suppliers' pricing. Should you find a lower price for the same product at another online retailer, we are pleased to offer a price matching service. Please consider the following criteria for price matching:

  • The product must be listed at full price, not affected by any promotions or sales.

  • The product must be accessible for purchase by all customers. We will match the online listed price, excluding any additional promotions, member discounts, or codes.

  • The item for price matching must be identical to the one on Y’UNIQUE's website, and it must be in stock on both websites.

  • While we strive to accommodate price matching requests in most cases, we reserve the right to maintain our listed price.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

As long as your order hasn't been packed or shipped, you can modify or cancel it by:

  • Calling our customer service team
